Kevin is a 25-year veteran of the retail technology industry and previously a CIO. Kevin brings with him deep retail knowledge and experience through leading major technology projects, including implementations and upgrades. As CIO, Kevin set IT strategy and executed projects reaching organizational goals, as well as supporting corporate, store and merchandising software and infrastructure. While a member of the marketing, CRM and loyalty committee, Kevin helped to identify new and improved ways to reach, serve and interact with retail customers.
Through Kevin's tenure as CIO and a consultant, he has acquired significant expertise in system architecture, retail IT management, Point-of-Sale technology, IT services, business process analysis and redesign, and project management. As a business leader, Kevin worked to improve store operations, inventory managment, reduce shrink, implement loss prevention processes and improve HR procedures. Other business initiatives that Kevin led include the rollout of new concepts, gift cards and customer loyalty, and cost savings projects in sales audit, loss prevention and electricity usage.
Kevin earned a MBA from Boston College and is a graduate of Brandeis University where he earned a BA in economics and politics.
